Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance the effectiveness of its sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage onboarding programs and ongoing training for sales personnel
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain sales content
• Evaluate and implement sales tools and optimize sales processes for improved productivity

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• 4-year college degree required
• 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B Sales
• Challenger certification is a plus
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce.com, Gong, and SalesLoft
• Ability to travel to internal events as required
