Job Summary
The Part-Time Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves organization, and is willing to go above and beyond to support our team.
Key Responsibilities
New Employee Onboarding Support:
Work with HR and IT to prepare onboarding materials and workspace setups for new hires.
Team Events Coordination:
Help plan and execute in-office and off-site team events.
Manage logistics such as catering, supplies, and event space arrangements.
Office Management:
Ensure the office is picked up, organized, and well-maintained.
Stock and organize office supplies, groceries, and kitchen essentials.
Stock and organize all office and business development swag.
Manage any off-site storage.
Shipping and Errands:
Coordinate shipping and receiving of packages.
Run errands as needed, such as picking up supplies or event items.
On-Site Meeting Support:
Set up and break down meeting spaces, including technology and refreshments.
Ensure guests and team members have a seamless meeting experience.
General Administrative Support:
Serve as the first welcome to the Red 6 office.
Handle other office-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Organized: You have a natural ability to keep things in order and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proactive: You anticipate needs and take initiative to address them.
Flexible: Comfortable working flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Reliable Transportation: Must have access to reliable transportation for errands and off-site tasks.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Professional: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This position may require a security clearance. To obtain clearance, employees must show proof of US Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in office management, administration, or event planning.
Comfortable working in a tech environment and adapting to evolving needs.
