Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

 

Targeted Compensation for Year 1: $50,000 - $60,000/year* (includes base and commission)

 

* Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission. As you progress through the growth track after year 1, there is potential to increase your earnings.

Where and How You’d Work:

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. But work-life balance is also important to us, so we offer flexible work schedules to take the stress out of appointments, family obligations and other needs that may pop up.

 

While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).

What You’d Do in This Role:

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll come alongside our Real Estate providers, helping them crush it in their businesses while staying true to the principles that make RamseyTrusted so unique. You’ll be their go-to-guide, holding them accountable to the high standards that keep customers raving about our program.

 

You’re Probably a Match If:

  • You have 2 years of prior sales or client relationship experience.
  • You can build relationships and serve all type of business professionals.
  • You communicate with ease, both written and verbal.
  • You have experience using the Microsoft office suite.
  • You have experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • You live and breathe Ramsey principles and are passionate about helping others achieve financial peace.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Lead and facilitate monthly group coaching calls with providers.
  • Communicate regularly with your book of business via Zoom, phone and email.
  • Maintain high monthly retention of client base.
  • Maintain detailed notes of all interactions and activities with accounts in our CRM.
  • Foster a high level of accountability with clients.
  • Look for ways to help providers thrive and identify opportunities to expand their impact.
