As a vital member of our e-commerce department, you will engage with our valued customers by providing exceptional support related to our luxury fashion offerings. Your role will involve assisting Danish-speaking clients with inquiries, guiding them through their shopping experience, and ensuring satisfaction with our unique products. Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries related to product selections, orders, and e-commerce processes.
• Provide high-quality support through various channels including email, chat, and social media.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
• Educate customers about our luxury products and help them navigate our online store.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to share insights and contribute to overall customer experience enhancements.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and current fashion trends to assist customers better.

• Fluency in Danish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or in the e-commerce sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools is advantageous.
