Quality SER Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality SER Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, test, and validate Epic Tapestry and Epic Benefit Engine builds
• Coordinate testing initiatives, develop test plans, and maintain documentation for the Tapestry System Support Team
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience with healthcare applications, system design, or support
• Knowledge of claims processing, vendor contracting, and benefit plan building
• Proficiency in Epic Tapestry and Epic Benefits required within specified timeframes
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Visio
