Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Quality Engineers and mentor them in QA practices
• Ensure new features are defect-free and oversee the defect correction workflow
• Conduct ongoing testing and suggest improvements for the enterprise e-commerce system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile apps
• At least 6 years of experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) in C#
• 2 or more years of experience leading and mentoring a QA team
• Experience in hiring and evaluating team performance
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing test plans and conducting user acceptance tests
