Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards
• Verify clinical citations and references in reports, ensuring they are current and from reputable sources
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipment
• Proficient in multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work
