As a Damage Field Investigator, your role will be crucial in on-site investigations of damaged underground and aerial cable plants. You’ll have the chance to dive into State Dig Laws and NESC standards while building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and technicians. Your talents will shine as you interview various stakeholders on-site, professionally photograph incidents, and accurately assess and document damages. Communication skills are key, as you’ll need to compile investigation materials to send back to the local handling office and assist the Claims Recovery team afterward.
