Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to help organize their growing 3D Creative Services pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize multiple projects across different pipelines, ensuring timely movement of assets into room building
• Coordinate and monitor project hand-offs to external vendor partners, ensuring they have the necessary information for project creation
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to monitor progress and ensure projects stay on track during intake

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
• Experience in internship, assistant, or administrative roles in project-based work
• Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Airtable, or Smartsheet
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications, including CAD drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
