Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their Customer Experience Strategy and Insights team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director by managing scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and preparation for executive meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare content for presentations
• Develop and execute a Training and Development plan for the leader's direct reports and manage budget tracking processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in program management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in budget management and financial tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
