Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide project management and coordination support for federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute high-priority programs and projects, providing project management and coordination support
  • Support senior-level meetings by capturing minutes, tracking action items, and managing logistics
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and facilitate risk and issue management processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience and a Master's degree in a health or science-related field (or equivalent combination)
  • Experience with NIH and federal grant applications
  • Experience working with Chief Scientists or Researchers
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management support
  • Ability to obtain a NIH Public Trust clearance
