Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Management to lead the Program Management Office and oversee complex enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of program managers while establishing best practices
• Lead the implementation of a new product roadmap planning process and oversee its execution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior program management role with a track record of team leadership
• Extensive experience with product and engineering teams related to roadmap planning and execution
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and project staffing
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CDP, or CSM are a plus
