A company is looking for a Program Manager - M&A & Integration (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage M&A pipeline, including database tracking and due diligence materials
• Oversee post-merger integration plans and track integration KPIs
• Recommend tools and workflows to enhance M&A processes and monitor market trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or M&A support
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and project management tools
• Prior experience in M&A or startup deal execution is preferred
• Experience in B2C Apps or ad-centric business models is a plus
