Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to oversee project execution and support client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as tactical project coordinator and operational execution partner to Implementation Consultants
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans and manage project tracking and communication tools
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SaaS project management experience in healthcare/health-tech companies
• 2+ years of hands-on project management experience in SaaS implementations
• 4-year degree
• Experience in healthcare and/or employee benefits
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM)
