Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to manage successful customer engagements as part of the Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project goals, scope, and deliverables
• Create detailed project plans, track risks and issues, and manage financial deliverables
• Communicate project milestones and manage resources effectively to ensure timely project completion

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing program/project leadership roles
• 2+ years of experience in workload or business process automation engagements
• ERP experience, particularly with SAP
• Project management certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
