Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to manage client requests and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve incoming support tickets promptly and accurately
  • Document customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce and related tools
  • Provide on-call support and escalate issues to Product and Engineering teams as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • One year of customer service or call center experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, WordPress, and/or Slack is a plus
  • Familiarity with front-end development and coding languages preferred
  • Experience in a support role within the Automotive, SaaS, or MarTech industries is a plus
