Group Air Travel Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Agent to manage group air travel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

• Book and ticket air travel for groups, including organizing manifests and making necessary changes
• Act as a liaison for group accounts and work with leadership on negotiating contracts and discounts
• Document all information in the CRM and maintain adherence to company policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in group booking and ticketing, with complex international experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems, particularly Sabre, and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of Fly America, Open Skies, and federal travel regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
