Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist I - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding software usage and troubleshoot related issues
  • Maintain logs of customer interactions and submit system performance issues for escalation
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer service and identify process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in technical and customer support, preferably in the technology/SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work different schedules as needed
