Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technical solutions and associated services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients' needs and ensure services meet or exceed expectations
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery operations and monitor service performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in service delivery, account management, or technical customer support
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leading service delivery teams
  • Knowledge of industry-standard service delivery methodologies is a plus
  • B.S or B.A preferred but not required
