Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiation, and purchase order management
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, analyzing procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Act as a central point of contact for vendor engagements, monitoring performance and managing stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in procurement analysis
• A degree is preferred, but additional experience will be considered
• Moderate experience with vendor management and strong negotiation skills
• Experience in SaaS environments and/or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
• Proficient with financial systems, with Oracle experience strongly preferred
