• Create and update owner records, provide feedback to improve training processes, and adhere to safety policies

Required Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Ability to research, analyze data, and make sound decisions on escalated issues
• Familiarity with web-based systems and proficiency in navigating multiple applications
• Strong initiative and follow-through to resolve customer issues effectively
• Computer skills including MS Office Suite
