Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Customer Service Representative PBO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming calls to assist patients and resolve billing and payment issues
  • Process payments, adjustments, claims, and financial applications accurately and timely
  • Reconcile account balances and communicate with internal and external customers to resolve payment issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in finance and/or Patient Financial Services
  • Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance processes
  • Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
