We are seeking a solutions-oriented CyberArk Engineer to support a federal customer. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere within the United States, offering the chance to collaborate with a federal customer while enjoying the freedom and convenience of remote work. U.S. citizenship is required, and you should be able to obtain a Public Trust before starting the position. What You'll Do
  • Provide engineering and systems administrative support related to Identity and Access Management, and Privileged Access Management tools and solutions.
  • Configure PAM tools, including SmartRules, Splunk, multifactor authentication (MFA), ServiceNow, SCIM server integration, authentication, and defining BT roles.
  • Maintain virtual appliances (patches and upgrades).
  • Perform Windows and *nix system administration.
  • Maintain and support Windows servers/MS SQL Server.
  • Onboard accounts onto PAM tool.
  • Provide password-safe user support and ticket resolutions.
  • Leverage agile project management approaches.
  • Prepare, interpret, and present flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Participate in rotating after-hours support between team members.


Requirements: Education + Experience
  • 8+ years of experience with Information Technology (IT), including supporting access management solutions, user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring.
  • 2+ years of experience supporting IAM, security operations and threat response, or security architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience with IAM tool CyberArk.
  • 1+ years of experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, configuration or design, PKI, X509, SSO across multiple domains, 2FA via PIV or CAC, and scripting and coding.


Nice To Have
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment.
  • 2+ years of experience collaborating with clients to deliver results.
  • Experience with SailPoint.
  • Experience supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with SQL database administration or management.
  • Experience with an SIEM tool, including Splunk or the ELK stack.
  • Experience analyzing Cybersecurity guidance, including policies, strategies, and whitepapers.
  • Experience implementing PKI and PIV standards.
  • Knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, and JSON.
