In this role, you’ll be a vital part of the team, playing a key role in the wellbeing of athletes at Fairfield University Club Sports. Our mission is all about empowering individuals to lead healthier lives through exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management – and you're at the heart of that mission! You'll provide invaluable on-field coverage and injury management while also delivering rehabilitation services in our Athletic Training Room. Collaboration is key, and you’ll work hand-in-hand with our physical therapy team to develop individualized strategies that cater to each athlete's needs. Your responsibilities will include tracking injuries, maintaining communications with coaches, and fostering relationships within the community. We seek someone who is proactive, with a keen sense of teamwork and strong communication skills. Our environment is dynamic and fast-paced, so an ability to prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial. With a Bachelor’s degree, CT licensure, and current BOC certification in good standing, you’ll help us ensure safe training conditions while staying informed of the latest in sports medicine.
