Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Full-Time Licensed Clinician.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services including intake, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate and implement patient care
• Prepare and maintain progress notes and discharge summaries for patients

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Current and unrestricted LCSW/LSW/LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/MSW license in Pennsylvania
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting or relevant internships in social services
• Combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating required knowledge and skills
• Successful completion of a criminal background check
