Key Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Create customer-focused documentation for software solutions, such as wireframes and use cases
• Support testing efforts and participate in system design and configuration activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
• 4 years of business analysis experience
• Prior experience with Sure Commercial Policy preferred
• Familiarity with database design and software development lifecycle preferred
