Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst / QA - Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer interactions to assess adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
• Utilize procedural and technology automation to enhance QA support efficiency
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and engage with stakeholders to ensure quality consistency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in quality assurance and analysis within the Healthcare industry
• At least 3 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of two or more MMIS business areas and experience with operations staff
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software in contact center operations
