A company is looking for a Peer Mentor to assist students in their transition and first-year experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold real-time office hours for mentoring appointments
• Provide one-on-one and group mentorship to first-year students
• Engage students through online webinars and programming

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or mentoring
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet connection
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Participation in all training sessions and meetings
• Understanding of and adherence to company policies
