Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Partner Enablement Architect who will manage role-based curriculums and optimize processes to enhance partner success.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt sales and technical curriculums to meet partner learning needs
• Consult on strategic initiatives to enhance partner success and support
• Monitor and report on learning engagement and program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field with at least 8 years of experience; or Master's degree with 6 years; or PhD with 3 years
• Experience in developing enablement programs for channels and partners
• Familiarity with LMS and CMS management
• Strong project management skills
• Understanding of program evaluation and learning effectiveness
