The Role
At PayZen, growth and innovation are at the core of expanding our mission to make healthcare affordable. We are looking for a new plan enrollment representative who thrives on driving results, building relationships, and delivering value to both patients and providers. You'll excel in this role if you’re goal-driven, resourceful, and proactive. Your responsibilities will include a mix of outbound outreach, inbound engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to communicate PayZen’s value proposition effectively. Success at PayZen requires multitasking, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented approach to meeting customer and provider needs.
What You Will Do- Drive new enrollments by presenting tailored payment plan solutions to providers and assisting patients in understanding their options.
- Proactively identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and work to exceed growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and patients, highlighting the benefits of PayZen’s platform.
- Educate providers and their teams on PayZen’s offerings, influencing decision-makers to adopt our platform.
- Act as a trusted partner to providers, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the enrollment process and customer experience.
- Provide valuable feedback to refine messaging, tools, and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
What You Will Bring- Minimum 3 years of experience in origination and enrollment, preferably in a healthcare, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
- Passion for helping patients and solving healthcare affordability challenges.
- A strong new payment plan origination orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
- Represent PayZen’s mission and values, creating a positive and professional impression in every interaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a pipeline, prioritize tasks, and deliver results.
- Experience working remotely and adapting to changing tools, processes, and schedules.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and identify opportunities for improvement.

$25 - $29.33 an hour
Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $25.00 - $29.33 / hour. Actual salary will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive equity package, and benefits.
