Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team on a part-time, Contract-to-Permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online or other client-preferred software
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with clean-up efforts for clients with disorganized accounting systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting for property management, real estate, or law firms
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required
• Familiarity with property management accounting software such as Appfolio is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and practices
