Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in a multi-entity organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for over 500 employees across multiple entities
• Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and support year-end reporting activities
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage equity activities and provide financial insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on payroll
• Expertise in payroll systems, with a preference for experience in Rippling
• Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets
• Certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus
• Experience with MSO or P.C. organizational structures is advantageous
