Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Senior Manager in Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory for the Insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning
• Assist in the preparation and review of tax provisions to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assess tax risks and control environments, including compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MST, MAcc, or JD/LLM preferred
• Valid US CPA license or active state bar membership
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
• Broad understanding of federal income taxation
• Strong analytical skills and experience with ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 preferred
