A company is looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist to support payment operations and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client integration into the payment platform
• Provide ongoing support and education on the payment system, troubleshoot issues, and manage internal communications regarding escalated support matters
• Gather and process necessary documentation for merchant setup and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payments or merchant and customer services
• Aptitude for learning online payment solutions related to the company's software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customers in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working remotely with strong organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
