Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Intake Team Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in applications by liaising with loan officers and internal teams
• Ensure timely processing of applications while maintaining organized records and compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or a similar administrative role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage processing systems
• Familiarity with mortgage documentation and underwriting processes is a plus
