Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Rep 1 to provide exemplary service to members through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via phone, mail, and other channels
• Consult with members to identify needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Perform account maintenance and manage various member service transactions

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail experience with a track record of meeting service and sales goals
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• High School Diploma or equivalent
