Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support representative for our Home Appliances Department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and assistance with their home appliance inquiries. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliance products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Offer expert advice and guidance to customers on product usage and features.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the home appliances industry, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Basic technical knowledge of home appliances is a plus.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
