Polish Speaking Electronics Support Specialist - Athens (Remote in Greece)

We are currently seeking a Polish Speaking Electronics Support Specialist to provide remote assistance while working from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background in electronics who are eager to deliver exceptional support to Polish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality electronics support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electronic products efficiently.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and functionalities to enhance their user experience.
• Document all customer interactions and technical solutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to escalate unresolved issues and share valuable customer feedback.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry advancements to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in electronics support or a related technical field is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
