Reconciliations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate in Reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical trade and position reconciliations, escalating discrepancies to relevant teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Utilize SQL and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in back office reconciliation at a broker-dealer, preferably IIROC-regulated
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with programming (SQL, Appscript/Javascript)
• Passion for fintech and alternative investments with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Completion or pursuit of industry courses (CSC, DFOL, etc.) is preferred
