A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator to ensure consistent, high-quality engagement with patients and support their ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and virtual outreach to schedule Annual Visits and follow-up appointments with patients
• Educate patients on the importance of ongoing care and the benefits of completing their annual visits
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and collaborate with clinical care teams

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 2+ years of related experience in healthcare sales, direct marketing, or customer service
• Ability to build trust and rapport with seniors and patients
• Willingness to work after hours and weekends if needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment
