Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they derive value from the product suite
  • Own and oversee the contract renewal process for assigned customers
  • Identify customer needs and growth plans to help expand their use of services
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer success or related experience in a customer-facing role
  • Demonstrated track record of decreasing churn and increasing revenue
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in shipping and logistics is a plus
