Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead Patient Account Representatives in performance management, hiring, training, and scheduling
• Identify performance deficiencies and implement action plans to enhance team skills and morale
• Respond to requests and ensure timely completion of accounts referred to the Supervisory Desk

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education
• 4-7 years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes
• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
