Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager - East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issue resolution
  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding customers through software implementation and driving product adoption
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and present insights during Executive Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in pre/post-sales account management, consulting, or professional services
  • Hands-on experience with VDI environments, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing or related fields
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and provide technical guidance
  • Experience managing complex technical projects and delivering successful outcomes
