Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director responsible for delivering positive results through customer-centric and solutions-oriented approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the overall customer experience while nurturing relationships and influencing decision-makers
• Collaborate with regional partners to upsell and minimize churn in assigned accounts
• Effectively manage accounts by developing strategies, providing sales forecasts, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of software solutions and the ability to align them with customer business needs
• Experience in account management and strategic decision-making
• Understanding of economic drivers and industry trends relevant to customer business
• Ability to communicate effectively in the native language of the assigned territory
