Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Scheduling Coordinator (Weekend) - Corporate Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients
  • Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and manages vendor relationships
  • Maintains the scheduling email box and responds to client requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma and 2.5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac OS preferred
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and solve practical problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain integrity and ethics
  • Fluency in English is required
