Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Beaverton, OR.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone, providing support for emotional distress or mental health challenges
• Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources
• Intervene during emergencies and assist callers in developing safety plans and coping strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
• Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Flexibility to work holidays and weekends as part of a 24/7 crisis call center
