Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
• Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians and vendors to meet service needs
• Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Three or more years of customer service experience with issue resolution
• Experience in accounting, billing, or credit preferred
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift, including weekends and holidays
• Completion of three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
