Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist - Value Added Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a continuous queue of customers to exceed onboarding targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct setup and training calls, defining project deliverables and ensuring timely project completion
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of service product features and provide guidance to optimize product utilization
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • 1+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proven project management skills, including defining deliverables and establishing timelines
  • Exceptional multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
