The Job


This role will lead and implement key areas of Omnidian’s operational analytics strategy, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making across our service delivery platform. This role reports directly to the COO and offers a unique opportunity to engage with Omnidian's leadership team to provide cross-functional insights and reporting that optimize operational efficiency and performance.

Operations & Stakeholder Partnership (40%)
  • Partner with senior leadership across the business to identify and address key operational challenges and opportunities
  • Proactively analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved operational efficiency, specifically in contact center operations and back office operational processes
  • Translate business needs into clear analytical requirementsPrioritize projects and initiatives based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business (including other departments like Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success) to foster a data-driven culture
Analytical Design, Implementation, and Insights (40%)
  • Support data quality and accuracy through collaboration and partnership with the Data Management team
  • Lead the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational teams
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights into operational performanceLeverage advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Strategy & Research (20%)
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making related to operations
  • Develop data-driven narratives and presentations to communicate complex information effectively
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in operational analytics

Experience You'll Need
  • Experience preparing and communicating analytical insights to senior management
  • Proven ability to lead and manage analytical projects
  • 7+ years experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • 4+ years experience writing, updating, and optimizing SQL queries
  • 3+ years experience with Databricks or similar Data Lake / Warehouse tools (e.g., Snowflake, Bigquery, Redshift)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniquesProficiency in Excel & Google Sheets


Experience That's a Plus
  • Experience in advising senior management on data insights strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Python is preferred but not required, particularly with analytical packages (pyspark, pandas, numpy, matplotlib)
  • Experience in the energy industry, particularly solar, is beneficial but not required.
  • Experience with Sigma

$102,000 - $138,000 a year
Midpoint: $120,000
