Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Call Center Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead inbound and outbound call center activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Guide team leaders on staffing, coaching, and mentoring to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Prepare and present data and regulatory compliance reports to stakeholders and collaborate on cross-departmental processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Registered Nurse license is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required; BSN is preferred
  • Minimum of five years of clinical experience is required
  • Minimum of three years of progressive management experience is required
  • Call center and telephone triage experience are required
